No. Rav Shaul (The Apostle Paul) as the question in Romans 3:29: “Is G-d the G-d of the Jews only?” And he answers and a good Rabbi would with another question: “Is He not G-d of the Gentiles also? Yes, of the Gentiles too.”
Yes. Modest, neat casual.
No. Head coverings, Kippah or hat for men, head scarf or hat for women, are optional. Those reading from the Torah will be required to cover their head when doing so.
